The Ferno power cot includes all attachments to transform it into a bariatric power machine that safely lifts larger patients with ease. It does need a battery replacement and service as Ferno says. This ambulance set up doesn't require ramps.  Ramps are dangerous and not recommended.

This is my personal primary ambulance. Lots of love and pride with hard work builds your agencies reputation.  No expenses were spared assuring patient comfort and safety with unique graphic details turning heads were ever it goes. It has alot of extras. The stereo system includes a back up camera. It's reprogrammable to do all kinds of things.

Under the hood is a V10 with 2 new batteries. The tires were replaced a few hundred miles ago and properly aligned. My entire fleet has been well maintained by a FORD certified machanic who's a family member.
